Hi, my name is Megan (rhymes with "vegan").

I am a doer. A thinker. A strategist. An inspirer. An ass-kicker (only in the most loving way.) When I see a problem, I fix it. If no solution exists, I make one up.

I have been a full-time corporate employee, an entrepreneur, a solopreneur, a freelancer, a consultant, a student many times over, and a career coach in the past. I’ve worked in management, corporate communications, education, marketing and events and non-profit. I’ve worked in the financial industry, the restaurant industry, primary education, higher education, global fisheries restoration and even manufacturing.

I’m a life-long learner with a thirst for knowledge. I don’t settle.

I’ve started multiple businesses. Some of them worked. Some of them didn’t. Fail faster is something I’ve grappled with. I now know how to build my business the right way from the start. This new business will inevitably grow and evolve but I know how to build it so that it can flex as my needs and my own interests grow and evolve. And in so doing, I get to help other people solve many of the same challenges that I have faced over the years – finding the right niche, making a business not just work, but work for you.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
— Neale Donald Walsch

I’ve navigated many transitions in my career and in my life. I’ve gotten stuck over and over because I thought I had to follow certain rules, but as I came to realize, those rules and those limiting beliefs are all just stories we tell ourselves. And then we turn them into excuses for non-action. But I’ve also gotten myself “unstuck” from these situations more times than I can count: feeling unfulfilled in a traditional corporate job, picking myself up after several failed start-ups, hitting the glass ceiling, and continually searching for something more.

Finally, I saw a pattern and came up with a formula for identifying the limiting beliefs and creating a step-by-step plan for moving forward and then implementing that plan. And, guess what? It’s something anyone can do! And, no, I’m not taking credit for inventing this – but I put all my learnings from others together in a way that works for me and my clients, and I'm willing to bet it'll work for you, too.

So now I’m a life coach and a business advisor serving purpose-driven women (and sometimes dudes). It’s not a path I sought out. In fact, a couple of years ago, I set out to start a very different kind of business, but I’d been doing so much work to find my purpose and remove the blocks through meditation, mindfulness, and self-coaching … one day I woke up and I knew I had to help other women get unstuck and reconnect with their purposes, too. I feel like I’ve been training for this all my life!

My purpose is to serve humanity by helping people navigate change in a positive way and end up happier, healthier, and more successful. Won’t you join me along the way?
